I specialize in visual communication with core competencies in UX/UI design, motion graphics, typography and project management.
Finalist for the AIGA Baltimore 2023 Flux Deisgn Competition for my Cortazu Social Sustainability Report. A record number of 613 entries were submitted from all over the United States, making the 2023 Flux Student Design Competition one of the largest and most competitive yet.
I am a passionate graphic designer, driven by creativity and a commitment to excellence. Graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from James Madison University, I earned Summa Cum Laude honors. During my time at JMU, I was honored to serve as a Teaching Fellow and Studio Assistant in Printmaking, working closely with the head of the program, Jack McCaslin.
My work has been recognized with awards such as being a finalist in the nationwide design competition by the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) for my Social Sustainability Report for Cortazu B Corporation.
Beyond academics, I've worked as an Interior Design Associate at Two Steps Interiors: HP Design, and gained valuable hospitality experience at Local Chop & Grill House. My diverse skill set includes proficiency in various design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Web Flow, and XD. I am also skilled in traditional art forms such as drawing, film photography, book arts, wood working, and welding.
